Romano was one of the characters in ER that people loved to hate. Was he an a-hole, yes, did he have a human side, yes, and he proved that multiple times with Lucy and Corday.

I’m not as “Christian” as I used to be… Lol. But I created this a few months ago for my sister, who had great faith in God. She had been battling breast cancer for ten years and was now in hospice care. I created a whole playlist of downloaded videos for her to enjoy and watch. This one I created for her (in true sinner fashion, by stealing two other videos and combining them). My sister died on January 17, 2024. I truly hope that her faith has been fulfilled. I dedicate this to her.

Once in a while, when I was a grade school kid, I would see Martin playing at knots berry farm before they presented a send up of an old time" hiss the villain, girl gets rescued" melodrama. I get a kick out of seeing his career progression , because as a kid, it was always a let down when he filled in , the regular old guy banjo player was incomparably better , and had the fanciest banjo I had ever seen , then or now. to martins credit, once in a while they would be on stage together, which any guy with more ego than love of the craft would not do, because the old guy could play him right off the stage if he chose to, even though Martin was almost as good most of the time.

i sometimes wonder if Steve Martin and Harrison Ford were separated at birth 🤔

Roy Orbison died of a heart attack on December 6, 1988. He was only 52. Gone too soon. One of Rock and Roll’s truly great voices. This song was originally released by Orbison in 1961, but was re-recorded as a duet with kd lang in 1987 for the movie “Hiding Out”.
